Meinl use 6 different alloys to craft their cymbals which is more than any other cymbal manufacturer is using today. Because of this they are able to offer the widest range of cymbal sound characteristics available.
Originally part of the Meinl Byzance Extra Dry Range but now expanded to be a range of their own. Meinl Byzance Dual cymbals offer a bit of both worlds with an extra dry centre and brilliant, narrow lathed edge. The sound matches the instantly recognisable look, trashy, earthy and low with a brilliant, explosive finish.
