Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day; however our courier doesn’t collect at weekends so any orders received on Friday night through to Sunday will not be dispatched until the Monday. In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delays or offer an alternative. Smaller items may be dispatched by Royal Mail Postal services and most larger/valuable items will be dispatched by courier and are fully insured whilst in transit. Please ensure you check the items thoroughly before signing for them – if the items are damaged on delivery, please ensure you sign for them as ‘damaged’.


We use a Parcelforce 48hr trackable service, this is Monday to Friday service and they do not deliver Saturday or Sunday. They will contact you on the day of delivery either by email or by text to advise an hour window when they will deliver. If there is no-one available to receive the goods then a card will be left with the local depot details for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will then hold the goods awaiting your response. Once you have contacted them and they have made a second delivery attempt, if there is still no-one available to receive the goods then you will be required to uplift the goods yourself from their local depot or pay a further charge to have the goods re-delivered. We require a signature upon delivery of the goods. Our courier CANNOT leave the goods without a signature. If they are not collected, they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be credited for the cost of the goods – NOT the shipping charges.


Our free delivery on all orders over £100 shipping at this time only covers mainland UK. Please be aware the Highlands and Islands and other areas deemed remote can require a surcharge, however we will contact you and try our best to minimise this prior to dispatch. (Truly sorry that you get penalised for living where you live but we will always try to help)
